Thailand

After the stag party it was time for some R&R in Thailand before my WW meeting in Singapore. Decided Ko Samui would be a good choice as it was not affected by the Tsunami, was relatively close to Singapore with direct flights and of course from the recommendations of my close friends. I ended up staying at a sweet little spot on Chaewang Beach called "Ark Bar" where they played house music from 9am till 2am and had a Live DJ and dance party every Wednesday night. For those who know me, this was right up my alley. I spent my days exploring the island, rented a jeep where I found the infamous Grandmother and Grandfather rocks, the Big Buddha and a variety of beaches that surrounded the island. Unfortunately I caught a bit of a flu while I was there, but still managed to also catch some sunshine and a few snapshots. It was a fun and relaxing holiday before my meeting with Gen being the only thing missing.
