Chris's Stag Weekend

What a blast !! I never thought I would go skydiving, but with one of my best friends taking the leap (The first of our group to get married, good job Chris) we thought it would be fun if we all took a leap as well, so we headed off to Abbotsford to go skydiving and "jump" start Chris's stag weekend.

Twelve of us, three or four at a time, took the plane up to 12,000 ft where I was the first out of the plane, free falling tandem to 3,000 ft when the parachute finally opened. I must say this was an incredible rush, a feeling so surreal that everyone that touched down had trouble finding the words to describe the experience.

After skydiving, we BBQ'd for a while then headed up to Kelowna where we had a weekend of drinking with great friends and family, relaxed by the pool at the Kelowna Grande and a participated in a very challenging and hung over round of golf.



All in all a fantastic weekend !!!
